Obama has more newspaper endorsements than McCain!
In what Editor&Publisher sees as a magnificent triumph, Obama has 28 endorsements from newspaper editorial boards and McCain has only 11. That’s a 28-11 lead for Obama. He’s going to the super bowl, baby!
Taking a look at the newspapers’ combined daily circulations, though, McCain has lost his early edge, and now trails badly with 1,349,721 readers to Obama’s 2,758,429 daily circulation.
Since Obama can be molded into whatever any individual or board wants him to be, and editorial boards generally show poor cogntiive skills, it makes since. The intellectually lazy go for whatever makes them think they feel good.
