One of the girls on the Rutgers basketball team, whom Imus did not mention by name when insulting the entire team earlier this year, has filed suit against Imus for libel, slander, and defamation. If this goes through, a lot of entertainers could be in a lot of financial trouble, because many people have been called names over the years, many by name.
